Rebalance. Revitalize. Radiance.

About Me:

Cathy Phung

I completed the 3,000 hour massage therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) as well as the Massage Therapists' Association of BC (MTABC).

I have a deep passion to help others through the healing therapy of massage. I truly believe that it is amazing what hands on therapy can do for the body and the mind, how the body and mind responds and innately does for itself. We can calm and soothe the nervous system through light Swedish techniques, reduce tension and pain with point pressure therapy, increase range of movement with specific stretches, target dysfunction with specific muscle testing, the list goes on. Your massage therapy treatment will be based on an assessment of your current condition.

Let's Communicate! My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for your massage therapy treatment, so I often check in to see how you are doing. Don't hesitate to let me know how and what you are feeling. Many patients find that my treatments to be focused, intense and yet relaxing as the tension melts away.

Kind Words:

"As a long time sufferer of crazy tight calves and muscles in general I have got to know quite a few massage therapists. Cathy is in a massage league of her own! First time in years my muscles feel relaxed and relieved. Delighted Cathy's deep tissue massage is now available local to me in her new spot in YT! Highly recommended."
